Some recipes use vegan chocolate chips. Cacao nibs (in small quantities) are preferable.

(9 mins) Rich Vegan Chocolate Brownies

Recipe.

Ingredients:
1 ½ cups dates
1 cup unsweetened peanut butter
½ cup oat flour
¾ cup cocoa powder
½ tsp baking powder
½ tsp baking soda
1 tsp vanilla
2 cans garbanzo beans (drained)

(8 mins) Fudgy Guilt Free Chickpea Brownies

Recipe

Ingredients:
- 350 g (2 cups) chickpeas
- 50 g (1/2 cup) cocoa powder (unsweetened)
- 125 g (1/2 cup) peanut butter
- 60 g (1/2 cup) oat flour (or oat flakes ground into flour)
- 2 flax eggs (2 tbsp ground flax seeds + 6 tbsp water)
- 200 g (1/2 cup) agave syrup or maple syrup BUT if you like your foods sweeter you can add 3/4 of a cup or even 1 cup if you prefer your brownies really sweet
- 2 tsp pure vanilla extract
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 60 ml (1/4 cup) plant milk of choice

(2 mins) Healthy Chocolate Chickpea Brownies

Ingredients:
15 oz chickpeas
1/2 cup nut butter
1 tsp vanilla
1/4 cup cacao powder
1/4 tsp baking powder
1/2 cup chocolate chips (may be replaced by cacao nibs)

(4 mins) Chickpea Blondies

Ingredients:
1 can chickpeas, drained
1/2 cup cashew butter
1/4 cup maple syrup
2 tbsp coconut sugar (date sugar preferred)
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp baking powder
stir in:
1/2 cup dried cherries, chocolate chips, or pb cups.

(2 mins) Chickpea Blondies

Ingredients:
1 15oz can garbanzo beans
1/2 cup almond butter or another nut butter of choice
5 tbsp maple syrup
splash of vanilla essence
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/4 cup chocolate chips (use cacao nibs instead)
1 tbsp coconut sugar (optional)

(1 min) Chickpea Blondies

Recipe

Ingredients:
1 1/2 cup Canned Chickpeas - or 1 can of canned chickpea of 400g (14 oz), drained, towel dried
1/3 cup Peanut Butter - or sunflower seed butter if nut free
1/2 cup Maple Syrup - or any liquid sweetener like agave syrup or date syrup
1/2 tablespoon Vanilla
1/4 teaspoon Baking Powder
1/4 teaspoon Baking Soda
1/2 teaspoon Sea Salt
1/3 cup Almond Flour - or oat flour
1/3 cup Vegan Dark Chocolate Chips (we may use cacao nibs instead)
