Dr Greger has dozens of videos on soy, most of which explain the positive effects of soy! See Breast Cancer & Soy, Prostate Cancer & Soy, Fibroids & Soy, Puberty & Soy, Menopause & Soy. But how much soy to consume daily? Dr Greger's main concern is IGF-1 levels. His guideline (from a video below):

"To maintain the low IGF-1 levels associated with a plant-based diet, one should probably eat no more than 3-5 servings of soy foods a day."
