Hibiscus tea is rich in antioxidants and is one of Dr Greger's favorites! In order to protect our teeth, we should drink with a straw and rinse our mouth with water afterwards.

Bottomline, herbal teas are potentially erosive, particularly fruity and citrusy teas like hibiscus, but it all depends on a variety of factors.
