Does exercise help us prevent cancer? Should cancer patients exercise?
Dr Natalie Marshall

Dr Natalie Marshall is an Integrative Oncologist at UCSF. An insightful presentation below. She explains mechanisms through which exercise helps us fight cancer. Strength training is great! Yoga & tai-chi style exercises are also great! The first 20-25 mins are kinda slow going but the talk then picks up momentum with some technical details trickling in. At the 42-min mark, she shows simple 'exercise snacks' that we can do sitting in a chair.

How much exercise? Below is a key slide which can motivate us to exercise at least 1 hr daily. About 70% of exercise-related benefits in a week can be accrued through the 8.25 hours of moderate-to-physical exercise.
