He doesn't say that all of us should avoid milk. In fact, he espouses milk saying that it's a 'complete food'. However, at the beginning of the video, he says,
which means "Veganism is a higher state of consciousness" :)
Later, he says, "Doodh tirthankaro ne bhi liya hai. Doodh poori tarah shakahari hai, shuddha hai, nirjantu hai. Haa! Koi nahi leta hai to aur accha hai." In other words, he says that Jain Tirthankars have consumed milk, and that it is 'shakahari', yet becoming vegan is a superior choice, and he admires a couple who did a 5-star wedding and served 100% vegan meals in India.
