Dr Aaron Spitz appeared in the documentary
The Game Changers (2019; the most popular documentary ever on iTunes). In that movie, an experiment by Dr Spitz shows 3 university athletes experiencing 8% bigger and up to 400% longer erections in their sleep. Dr Aaron Spitz has authored
The Penis Book (304 pages, 2018). He makes 5 points in this video:
-
Eat plant-based foods. They generate nitric oxide in our bodies, which is essential for erections. Interestingly, the same molecule (nitric oxide) is emphasized by Dr Esselstyn in his talks for robust heart health. For Dr Esselstyn's talks, see this article.
-
Kegel Exercises (related to Moola Bandha in Pranayama).
-
Porn addiction rewires our brains and leads to dysfunctional sex life.
-
Stay away from harmful habits like smoking, alcohol, narcotics, marijuana, anti-depressents, etc. All of these have been scientifically shown to impair sexual health. Get off medicines like BP medicines.
-
Sleep well!
Basically, if we watch the videos by Dr Greger above and Dr Aaron Spitz' interview, a common theme emerges: what's good for heart health is good for sexual health too! A major reason for sexual dysfunction centers around poor blood flow in our arteries… due to clogging… plaque… atherosclerosis. So if we follow Dr Esselstyn's WFPB guidelines for heart health, we improved our sexual health too!
Who's the interviewer? Rip Esselstyn. He is Dr Caldwell Esselstyn's son. He devised the Engine 2 Diet (a WFPB diet) which is Whole Foods' official diet for the last many years. Rip is a former triathlete and Texas firefighter. He's indeed ripped :) In his talks, Rip advocates this mantra, "Real Men Eat Broccoli!" See Books by Rip Esselstyn at Amazon.
