Ingredients:
3 medium sized sweet apples
2 cups of rolled oats
1/2 cup maple syrup (split)
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 tsp cinnamon (split)

Ingredients: 4 apples, juice of 1 lemon (2 tbsp), 2 tbsp maple syrup, 2 tsp cinnamon. Mix these all together and pour into backing dish.
Crumble topping ingredients:
1 3/4 rolled oats
1/4 cup steel cuts
3 tbsp ground flax
1 cup chopped walnuts
