This video made me smile. Turns out that the effectiveness of blueberries towards boosting natural killer cell activity increased by a multiplicative factor in the presence of cardamom and black pepper! Made me wonder, "should I consume cardamom and black pepper" whenever I add blueberries to my breakfast?
