Blueberries are awesome! They have so many health benefits — Dr Greger has 10+ videos on blueberries. They are also tasty! I add them to my morning breakfast. I buy frozen organic blueberries from Costco. Sometimes, I buy frozen wild blueberries from Sprouts or Whole Foods. Wild blueberris are more intense, sweet & tangy. Blueberries have compounds called anthocyanins which are beneficial to us. Wild blueberries have more anthyocyanins than regular blueberries.
