Cranberries are tart! We get fresh cranberries in late Autumn in California. Dried, sugar-free cranberries are hard to find — almost all packages of dried cranberries have added sugars. But I was able to find a couple of online retailers; see Berries: Where to Buy in USA?

In this video, Dr Greger mentions that

More than 50 percent of men in their 50s and 70 percent or more of men in their 60s suffer from benign prostatic hypertrophy or BPH.

Further, he mentions that 'saw palmetto' doesn't work but there's research on cranberries, flax seeds and pumpkin seeds. In fact, EMA (European Medical Agency, the European equivalent of FDA in USA) supports pumpkin seeds for mild to moderate BPH: see this report (PDF).
