My favorite preparation is a simple 3-ingredient combination of boiled amaranth, mango & cardamom powder.

This recipe combines amaranth and quinoa together.

Note: Fruits are being cooked in this recipe, something I avoid.

I prefer dates instead of coconut or palm sugar. Dates are one of the two healthiest sweeteners, according to Dr Greger.
