Dr Greger is a fan of oats. His breakfast BROL recipe has (B)arley, (R)ye, (O)ats and (L)entils. He prefers grains in their intact whole form (why? See Are Oats Healthy? and Intact Whole Grains). So most of his recipes use steel cut oats. A few do use rolled oats or even oat flour.
