Simple recipe: Add 1/2 cup teff grain to 1.5 to 2.0 cups of water; stirring required towards the end; add things like dates / blackstrap molasses, fruits (banana, blueberries), 1/2 tsp vanilla extract, a few crushed almonds, flaxseed, etc. See videos below for similar recipes. My favorite combination is teff + apple + cardamom powder; I also add some ground flax and chia.
