Chinese Yam | Nagaimo (WFPB, Oil-Free)
In Bay Area, California, I was able to find Chinese Yam (nagaimo) in Japanese and Korean grocery stores. It's slimy but we can actually eat it raw!

Simple recipe: simply peel and slice nagaimo (Chinese yam) and eat with tamari sauce!
