Vitamin B12 deficiency is serious. Dr Greger calls it "The Great Masquerader". Why? Because it can cause such a diverse set of symptoms in various organs in our body! The symptoms may make us feel that we have acquired some obscure debilitating disease but the root cause is simply Vitamin B12 deficiency.
