Nuts, Seeds & Cancer

My general impression is that all nuts and seeds, when consumed in small quantities in their whole form (not oils or extracts), should be helpful for cancer protection. For example, see Phytates and Cancer or Fiber & Cancer. However, are some nuts and seeds known to be more effective than others? After browsing through Dr Greger's videos, I shortlisted flax seeds, fenugreek, walnuts, pecans and peanuts.
Flax Seeds

Flax Seeds have remarkable properties! So much so that one of the 12 components in Dr Greger's Daily Dozen is flax seeds by themselves! Are flax seeds helpful for cancer? Yes! See Flax Seeds & Breast Cancer and Flax Seeds & Prostate.
