Are smoothies encouraged in WFPB guidelines? What kind of smoothies? How should we consume smoothies? Should we 'chew' our green smoothie or gulp it down?
Why are fruit juices discouraged by WFPB doctors? Are there any fruits whose juice is actually healthy?
Will we gain weight if we follow WFPB guidelines but (a) we consume whole grain flours instead of whole grains in their intact form, or (b) we consume nut pastes and seed pastes instead of nuts & seeds in their intact form, or (c) we consume beans in their paste form (hummus & dips) or flour form ('besan') instead of their intact form?
Can Whole Food Plant-Based recipes be hyper-palatable? As in, we feel like eating more and more? What's the formula for such recipes?
