Oats bread is quite easy to make with just oat flour and water! Some people like to add some salt. Some people introduce baking powder and baking soda. Ground flaxseeds are helpful for binding. We can also introduce sweeteners like maple syrup. And we can introduce a variety of seeds like pumpkin seeds, chia seeds and so on.

Ingredients: 2.5 cups gluten-free oats, 1 cup tapioca flour, 3 tbsp whole flax seeds, 1 tsp sea salt, 2 tsp baking powder, 2 tsp baking soda, 2 tbsp unsweetened cashew milk, 2 tbsp maple syrup, 1 tsp apple cider vinegar, 1.5 cups vegan unsweetened yogurt
