What are some simple recipes to get started with American WFPB meals?
A few simple recipes for getting us started with North Indian Meals: oats masala or oatmeal, dalia (savory or sweet), mixed veggies, chana masala, khichdi, plant-based yogurt, masala chai and green smoothie.
In the meal plans outlined in Part 1 of this article, can we make any further improvements? For example, how well did we cover Greger's Daily Dozen? What tweaks do we need to introduce?
