A chai masala (mixture) recipe with flavorful herbs & spices. We can add this to any tea! The only ingredient that I'd remove: 'mishri' (rock sugar / rock candy), which is essentially 'sugar'.
Overall technique: roasting of dried herbs and condiments, then grinding into a fine mixture.
