Ginger has so many health benefits! Please watch Dr Greger's videos below for research into all these benefits: (a) Ginger is a potent anti-inflammatory that may help us with osteoarthritis and muscle pain. (b) Ginger may alleviate migraine symptoms. (c) Ginger is known to help us with nausea, menstrual cramps and IBS. (d) Some studies show its effectiveness for diabetes, obesity & NAFLD as well. (e) Finally, ginger may help us with DNA protection and protection from industrial pollutants! Wow!

Should we eat some ginger every day! Yeah! … but how to use ginger in recipes? We may derive inspiration from Caribbean, Indian and various Asian cuisines where ginger is used extensively.
