In June 2019, I experimented with a raw vegan system centered around {vegetables, fruits, nuts, seeds, herbs, spices}. I found it quite challenging!
In 2012, I transitioned to Whole Food Plant-Based (WFPB) guidelines. In 2019, I started experimenting with a stricter version of WFPB called WFPB-SOS, which eliminates SOS (Salt, Oil, Sugar). At the same time, I gravitated towards raw foods, resulting in a "high raw food" system. It was in the context of a high raw food system that I learnt that we could eat sweet potatoes raw!
