How many vegans in USA? I was surprised to learn that it's around 7% in 2022.

Survey in January 2022:

In the above survey, 73% of respondents self-declared themselves as regular consumers of products derived from animal products, 12% indicated they were Flexitarian / Semi-Vegetarian, 3% said they were Vegetarian, and 7% said they were Vegan!

Survey in March 2022: An survey in March 2022 by Prof Baily Norwood and Asst Prof Courtney Bir, Oklahoma State University found that 1 in 10 Americans don't eat meat.
