Recently, I learnt that WFPB doctors are unanimously dismayed with Keto and Low Carb Diets. Such diets are kinda the antithesis to Whole Food Plant-Based (WFPB) guidelines. Why? Well, Keto and Low Carb Diets have low carbs, high protein and high fat intake. WFPB Diets turn out to be high carb (high in 'starches'), adequate protein and low fat. Two very different food systems!

This article lists articles and videos by WFPB docs explaining why keto diets are harmful for human health in the long term.
