Plantrician Plate is an excellent infographic showcasing four main food groups: (1) Fruits, (2) Greens & Vegetables, (3) Whole Grains & Starches, and (4) Beans & Legumes, along with small quantities of (5) Nuts & Seeds, and (6) Herbs & Spices. The Plantrician Plate improves upon both PCRM Power Plate and ACLM Plate in terms of visual appeal and details.
