Ingredients: (1) Leafy Greens, (2) Fruits & Berries, (3) Rainbow Veggies, (4) Herbs & Spices, (5) Lime, Lemon & Vinegar, (6) Beans for Salad, (7) Starch Rich Ingredients for Salad: Plantains, Tubers, and Whole Grains, (8) Dressings, Chutneys, Relishes & Salsa.
Sprouted beans: Sprouted mung beans are my favorite. I also sprout 'kala chana' (black garbanzo beans), 'moth beans' and kulthi dal — all of these are found in Indian stores. I wish I could sprout regular garbanzo beans — I haven't been successful.
Canned beans: When I'm in a rush (little time, for example, when I'm traveling), I deviate from a 100% raw vegan system to an 'almost raw vegan system' by incorporating salt-free canned beans. Eden Organics is an excellent brand.
Boiled beans: Pretty good! Great choice for those who follow a cooked food system. Will make our salad satiating.
