Whole Grains For Salad

I don't add any whole grains to salad other than frozen sweet corn. I eat whole grains for breakfast. But whole grains are a welcome addition! It's possible to add sprouted whole grains like spelt, rye, einkorn, and so on. Or if we are okay with cooking, many cooked grains go well with salads: bulgur, quinoa and millets, for example.
